TeacherEase Parent Portal Information

You will be able to use TeacherEase to:

• Better understand your child’s academic progress and growth related to learning standards
• View your child’s report card at the end of each trimester
• Email your child’s teachers directly
• View additional essential information for your child, such as:
  • Assignments
  • Attendance record
  • Bus route
  • Class schedule

Either toward the start of the school year or upon being officially registered with CCSD93, K-8 parents should have received an email titled “Log Into TeacherEase to Track Your Child’s Academic Progress” for each K-8 child you have attending CCSD93 schools. It contains a link for you to follow to create an account with CCSD93’s new student information system, TeacherEase. Please follow that link and the directions within that email to create an account.

After you have created an account, CCSD93 strongly recommends that you use the email address and password you have established as login credentials to then sign into the TeacherEase app, which can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Please note TeacherEase is part of a broader organization known as Common Goal Systems and works with another tool of theirs known as School Insight. As such, you may see these three terms used interchangeably at times on their website and app or on CCSD93 communications from earlier this year. For consistency, moving forward until further notice CCSD93 will refer to this system as TeacherEase with parents, as that is the name of the app parents are advised to log into. 

In a typical school year, it takes several weeks before grades truly begin to be submitted to a student information system. In CCSD93, grades do not begin to show within TeacherEase until after Labor Day, and at that point, some subjects may still not show grade information. Please continue to log into TeacherEase. Grades will be added as the year progresses, and you will find robust standards-based grade information.

For parents of new students, please know your child’s grades will begin to populate in the coming days and weeks as they complete work.
