Dear CCSD93 Families,

You may be aware that there is a national shortage of bus drivers. Late last week, 16 drivers for our bus service provider, First Student, resigned. As we continue to collaborate with First Student on ways to improve the student transportation experience, please review or share the following if you or anyone you know would be interested in driving a bus for CCSD93 students. 

• Starting pay is $21.00 per hour.
• You may be eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $2,500-$3,000.
• First Student provides all necessary training and certification.
• Drivers would be guaranteed to only drive CCSD93 routes if desired, or they may choose to work additional hours for other districts. 
• Interested individuals are invited to apply here.
