Register Your Child


    CCSD93's New Student Registration will be held Thursday, August 1, 2019. 

    Students who move into Community Consolidated School District 93 boundaries during the summer should register at District 93’s New Student Registration, which will be held from 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, August 1.

    Students who are residents of Community Consolidated School District 93 shall be admitted to school in accordance with admission requirements established by law.  All parents/guardians enrolling students in the district for the first time must provide proof of identification and proof of residency. One document from each category listed below will be required as proof of residence.

    Category 1: Identification (Parent/Guardian Photo ID):

    • Driver’s license
    • Illinois State ID
    • Passport/Consulate ID
    • Green Card

    Category 2: Residency Verification

    For home owners:

    • Title evidence or mortgage papers
    • Monthly Mortgage Statement

    For renters:

    • Current lease agreement
    • Monthly Rental/Lease Document

    For those residing in another person’s home:

    • Title evidence, mortgage contract or lease agreement for person whose home is being lived in
    • Monthly Mortgage Statement
    • Attestation of Residency form

    Category 3: Additional Residency Verification:

    • Utility bill (not telephone bill)
      • Gas
      • Electric
      • Water
      • Garbage
    • Home insurance policy

    An original or certified copy of the child’s birth certificate and a student transfer form from the student’s previous school must also be presented within 30 days of enrollment.
