We know that supporting new teachers in their journey to become professional educators and having a strong induction/mentoring program can be key to instructional effectiveness. Instructional effectiveness, as we know, is directly correlated to student success, and our mission.

Quality Induction Program
Licensed educators new to CCSD93 participate in our Teacher Induction program designed to provide teachers with a system of support to transition into effective teaching. The three primary goals of the program are to:
- Develop an understanding of District 93’s beliefs and culture
- Assist new staff with understanding District 93’s curriculum, instruction and programs
- Provide new staff with strategies and techniques that will improve their effectiveness as professional members of District 93

- 1:1 Technology District: Students in grades K-8 are issued their own personal devices
- All Licensed Educators are issued an up-to-date MacBook Air
