This year, CCSD93’s parent/teacher conferences will take place October 9 and 10. They will continue to take the form of Student-Led Conferences, as students will participate with their parents and teachers to celebrate successes and identify areas for growth. Parents are asked to use PTC Wizard, an online scheduling tool, to set up conference appointments any time between now (Friday, September 20 at noon) and Tuesday, October 8 at noon. 

This year, signing up is easier than ever before! You don’t need to create a PTC Wizard account or add your children yourself.

Log into PTC Wizard:

• Visit https://app.ptcwizard.com/ccsd93/login
• For Username and Password, enter the credentials you were provided via email from CCSD93 on Friday, September 20 at noon. If you are unable to retrieve the credentials, contact your child’s school. 
• Select Sign in.
• You may wish to take the brief tutorial that pops up.
• If a red banner appears across the top of the page, click Consent to enable PTC Wizard to send you an email recap of your scheduled conference appointments once you schedule them.

Schedule Conference Appointments in PTC Wizard:

1. After logging in, a list of schools your children attend should appear.
2. Click Add/Edit Meetings for the school at which you desire to make a conference appointment.
3. Select the Teachers on the left side, and click Show More Teachers.
4. Select the teacher for which you are seeking a conference and then use the scheduling interface to select your desired date and time.
5. In the popup, select the student for which you are making this conference appointment.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for teachers at this school that you wish to make a conference appointment with for any of your children attending the school.
7. As you add conference appointments, they will appear in your Agenda, located at the top right of the screen. Once you have scheduled all desired conference appointments at a given school, select Agenda and click Confirm this agenda.
8. To select another school, select My Meetings in the upper left (or the white back arrow button on mobile) and repeat steps 2-7 for each additional school at which you have a student listed.

Important Notes:

• If you have a child attending Stratford Middle School, please sign up for a conference with your child's Language Arts teacher. The school will do its best to ensure your child's Science, Math & Social Studies teachers also attend.
• If your child is in CCSD93’s Band or Orchestra programs, you are asked to contact your child’s Band or Orchestra Director directly to schedule conference appointments.
• You can log back into PTC Wizard anytime between now and October 8 at noon to modify your child’s conference appointments. After that point, you are asked to contact school offices to make conference appointment modifications. 
• Don’t forget: the week of conferences, students will attend class during the typical “Monday schedule” shortened day each day from Monday, October 7 through Thursday, October 10, and there will be no school Friday, October 11.
