Information:

With the signing of a five-year agreement between the Carol Stream Education Association and the Board of Education, and its subsequent 3 year extension that will be in place through the 2020-21 school year, a change was made to the daily school schedule. This allows for improved student learning opportunities and increased professional development for our staff. Elementary students will attend class from 8:45 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. from Tuesday through Friday and from 8:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. on Monday. Middle school students will attend class from 8 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 8 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. Monday.

This Parent Forum was held on April 28, 2014 to enable parents to learn more about the new schedule that began at the start of the 2015-16 school year. Parents were invited to attend in person, and the forum was also live-streamed online at www.ccsd93.com for parents to watch from home. Questions were collected in person and via email for our presenters to answer live that evening, and you can see them all here.
